1. How many days does it need for the pre-wedding photo-shooting in Korea?
A: The typical flow are as follow: -
Day 1 - Gown/suit fitting (duration 2-3 hours)
Day 2/3 - Photo-shooting (make up and hair styling 3 and 1/2 hours, photo-shooting 5 and 1/2hours)
Day 4 - photo viewing and choosing (duration 2-3hours)
2. How many studios can choose from for the photo-shooting?
A: As all of the studios are individually owned, only one studio can be chosen for each package signed. Should customer decided to choose more than one studio for the same travel period, a special discount can be enjoyed for the 2nd photo-shooting package.
3. Can we choose the bridal shop and beauty salon?
A: Yes, there are difference bridal shops and beauty salons list available for your choice with different package signed.
4. Is the gown fitting, bridal make up and photo-shooting carried out at the same place?
A: No, these are 3 different places, you will be going to bridal shop for gowns fitting, beauty salon for make up and hair styling. The studio will only handle the photo-shooting. Transportation will be provided during gown fitting, make up and photo-shooting.
5. How is the transportation arrangement when we touch down at Korea?
A: All the airport transfer and transportation related to photo-shooting will be provided by our company. The arrangement are as follow:
Day 1 : Airport >Hotel > Bridal shop (gown fitting) > Hotel/MRT station
Day 2 : Hotel > Beauty salon (make up and hair styling > Studio (photo-shooting) > Hotel
Day 3 : Your own leisure times
Day 4: Hotel > Studio (photo viewing and picking) > Airport
6. Can the photo be edited according to our request?
A: Possible. Basic editting including body figures, skin tones, removal of wrinkle, blemish and scars and etc. If you have any other requests, you can communicate with the staffs on duty.
7. How do we get the canvas?
A: For customer resided in a country with Tiamo branches or dealer, you can collect it from branches/dealers. If there is no branch or dealer in your country, our Korea colleague will sent to you directly by courier service (EMS), if there is any defect or you are not satisfy with the canvas, the courier charges to Korea will be bome by us.
8. Will there be any other hidden charges?
A: Except the hair extension ( around 80,000 to 100,000won, you need to pay directly to the beauty salon) there are no other administrative cost, fake eye lashes charges. The carrier is included in the package. No ampoule will be used during the make up.
9. How many months ahead a booking shall be made before actual photo-shooting day? How long will it take to receive the canvas, movie and album?
A: You will need to book the schedule at least 3-4 months ahead.
10. How is the payment term and method?
A: a 50% deposit will be collected upon signing up of package. If you resided in a country where there are Tiamo branches/dealers, you can pay directly to them. If there is none, the payment should be sent through telegraphic transfer to out Korea bank account or through paypal. The balance will be collected 15days before your departure date. If there is no branch/dealer in the cuntry where you resided, the balance can be paid to Head office in cash on the day you are picked up from airport.
